Bartenders and security are staffed one per 75 guests, so the count follows your guest number automatically.

Sending this places a 48-hour hold on the date. We confirm the details and send a Square invoice for the full amount, with the deposit due now and the balance due on the event day. The date is locked once the deposit clears. Cancel 10 or more days before the event for a full deposit refund; inside 10 days the deposit is retained.

Good to know

  • Rentals run 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday.
  • Legal occupancy is 400. Twelve VIP tables, six standing tables.
  • All alcohol is served by Musa Lounge staff under our TABC licence. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
  • A 20% gratuity applies to all food and beverage.
  • Deposit holds the date. Balance is due on the event day.
  • Cancellations: cancel 10 or more days before your event and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside 10 days the deposit is not refundable, because the date is held off the calendar and turns other bookings away.
  • Moving your date once, 10 or more days ahead and subject to availability, carries the deposit across.
  • Guests must be 21+ with valid ID for any event with bar service.
